This dataset represents U.S. Congressional district boundaries for the state of Florida. On March 4, 2022 the Senate and House passed legislation reapportioning the state’s congressional districts in CS/SB 102 (2022). The Governor vetoed the bill on March 29, 2022, and called the Legislature into Special Session C. The 2022 Congressional districts were passed by the Senate on April 20, 2022 and the House on April 21, 2022. See SB 2-C (2022C). The Congressional plan is posted to https://www.flsenate.gov/ as Plan P000C0109 and is being used for elections from 2022 to 2032. |
