This dataset contains Assisted Housing Inventory for the State of Florida compiled by the University of Florida's Shimberg Center. Assisted Rental Housing addresses were gathered from the Florida Housing Data Clearinghouse. The Assisted Housing Inventory (AHI) is a database of multifamily rental developments in the state of Florida that receive assistance under federal, state, and local government funding programs to offer affordable housing units. This dataset contains fields denoting the physical address and other selected attributes for assisted rental units located in Florida. This data is meant to be used for planning purposes only and is not intended to represent a 100% inventory of assisted rental housing. Assisted Housing locations that have been verified are marked with the letter V in the FLAG field. |
